1. How do I place an order?
You can browse our selection of general merchandise, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping address in Singapore and select your preferred payment method.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
3. Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track its journey.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
